When they say that girls mature faster, that refers to both physically (they start puberty much younger and boys have their growth spurts when they are older) and mentally. This is not to say that maturing college girls will always be very mature and serious and never want to have a laugh and a giggle and still have fun. Just because they may appear to be acting imature does not mean they are. In the same way that some guys who may seem mature does not mean that they are mature. I think you really need to get to know someone or at least have a good conversation with them to guage their maturity levels. | I think it is a load of BS. In high school I probably seen over 20+ fights. All between girls. If physical violence over gossip and more often then not jealousy is a sign of maturity then I never want to be considered mature. That said I think it is more on an individual basis.
